Janelle Zahner is a self-taught potter with a passion for creating functional, everyday ceramics that bring beauty and purpose into daily life. After more than 19 years in the corporate sector, she made the decision to pursue her artistic path full-time, turning a long-standing passion into a meaningful career.

Inspired by both personal experience and the desire to create opportunities within her community, Janelle founded Turning Times Pottery—a welcoming, creative space where individuals of all ages and skill levels can explore their artistic side in a supportive environment.

Turning Times Pottery offers a variety of experiences, including walk-in painting, reservations, private parties, events, themed workshops, and take-home pottery kits for creative enjoyment at home. In addition to the studio experience, Janelle designs and produces handmade pottery, available for purchase both in-studio and online, and regularly participates in local markets and shows.

She also creates custom, commissioned pieces and accepts select wholesale orders, all thoughtfully handcrafted in her home studio. Her small-batch pottery reflects her dedication to quality, craftsmanship, and the joy of handmade work.
